Sustainable practices for the protection of local biodiversity and the rural landscape

The cellar is the beating heart of the company, the wines strongly express the proximity to the sea and the character of the territory of volcanic origin, beaten by the sun and the wind. The Hibiscus farm also dedicates itself, with certified organic methods, to the production of Ustica lentils, a Slow Food presidium, and extra virgin olive oil DOP Valli Trapanesi, in its appendix on the mainland in Erice in the province of Trapani.
