Our vegetable garden
all for you
Only for our guests a wonderful vegetable garden that, following the rhythm of the seasons and the local biodiversity, generously offers its fruits. Aromatic herbs, flowers, vegetables and organic fruits to be harvested directly from the plant and which can be cooked right in the farm accommodation. From tomatoes and aubergines in the summer to broad beans and potatoes in the spring, basil and fennel, roses and jasmine.
Outside, among vine pergolas and flowering vines, there are cozy furnished spaces for enjoying an outdoor meal or a relaxing reading, immersed in the flavors and aromas of a Mediterranean vegetable garden. In the area adjacent to the patio there is a delightful garden with an area reserved for the barbecue and two very comfortable outdoor showers when returning from the sea or for cooling off during the day.
During the stay, free and daily purified water in glass bottles is provided thanks to the reverse osmosis purification system provided by the company Acqualeader.
A short distance from the apartments is the relax area, where there are comfortable wooden seats, and a solarium with sun loungers, as well as a swing and slide for children. The farm is located on the perimeter road of the island less than 1 km from the village. Crossing our vineyards in a few minutes you reach the coastal road of Tramontana side, it continues inside the prehistoric village of the Faraglioni and leads after 200 m to the pebble beach of Punticedda, and then to the beautiful path of Gorgo Salato (small salted lake)

The island of Ustica
Ustica is the top of a submerged volcano in the Tyrrhenian Sea, 36 miles from the north coast of Sicily. The jagged coast and the black volcanic rocks give it a wild aspect and the intense colors of the vegetation and the splendid seabed make it even more fascinating. On its 8 square kilometers, with a perimeter of 10 km, there are hidden roads and paths to enjoy magnificent views between dry stone walls, cultivated fields, Mediterranean scrub and the ever-present background of an enchanting sea.
A popular destination for divers for its breathtaking seabed and the wealth of underwater flora and fauna, among the most popular in the Mediterranean; for this reason safeguarded, for more than 30 years, by the first Marine Protected Area in Italy.
From the port, go up to the small town, where about 1000 people live throughout the year, which will welcome you among its stone-paved streets and colorful murals; inside you will find shops, bars, restaurants and all other services.
How to reach Ustica
The island is connected every day throughout the year with Palermo by ferries and hydrofoils. For more information, you will find links and contacts of the shipping companies below.
