Hints: floral and fruity white wine. It tastes mineral with notes of Mediterranean herbs

Food pairing: seafood dishes mostly based on bluefish, fried crunchy vegetables

Soil: origine vulcanica, poco profondi e di medio impasto.

Growing and pruning methods: controspalliera con potatura a cordone speronato.

Color: rosa tenue

Alcoholic content: 12,0 % vol

Tasting and smelling features: bouquet ampio e fragrante con note fruttate di frutti rossi mediterranei. In bocca è fresco e sapido con una buona persistenza delle note fruttate.

Food pairing: Perfetto per l’aperitivo. Da provare anche con crudi di crostacei.

Intens and solar sweet wine with an outstanding freshness. Intense to the nose notes of apricot and peach follewed by sweet sensations of dried figs and honey, aromatic herbs and mineral notes.Excellent balancing of sweetness and freshness.

Food pairing: Normally paired with traditional sicilian dessert based on dry fruit. Very interesting combination with piquant cheese.
